I am new user to iphone , i make a new id but it is not connecting to itunes , whenever i connect to itunes and reached at adding payment method and billing info and press next it gives me error "For assistance , contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes.ww"

I dont have any payment method , so i choose 'None' there.

I tried at both on my iphone and on itunes on PC
