Contacts

Nearly all the phone numbers on my iPhone have changed to overseas format following a trip to Greece. I can't dial numbers in my contacts and incoming calls aren't recognised. The region is correct and set as UK in the settings. Anyone know how I can fix this?

Contacts messed up? Can anyone help / tell me how to fix this? My iPhone has for some unknown reason split all of my contact numbers down into 2-3 digit blocks ...so like 07 679 57 46 56 etc so now I can’t make calls without copying each number into the keypad? An old question said to change your region in settings but it’s already set correctly to the uk

IPhone 8 Plus 13.1.3 update Since updating my phone to 13.1.3 my contacts phone numbers have changed to an American layout/spaces and I was unable to dial out or see who is calling in. I can only dial out if I input +44 in front of all my UK contacts. I have checked my settings for English and UK region. any ideas?
