IPhone 8 Plus 13.1.3 update

Since updating my phone to 13.1.3 my contacts phone numbers have changed to an American layout/spaces and I was unable to dial out or see who is calling in.

I can only dial out if I input +44 in front of all my UK contacts.

I have checked my settings for English and UK region.

any ideas?

Contacts Nearly all the phone numbers on my iPhone have changed to overseas format following a trip to Greece. I can't dial numbers in my contacts and incoming calls aren't recognised. The region is correct and set as UK in the settings. Anyone know how I can fix this?

Stored Contacts Numbers not recognised Why have all my saved phone numbers with a stored country code format (ie +44 (0)20 8nnn nnnn) stopped working when call is initiated from Contacts on my iPhone11. Every one comes back as "number not recognised". I believe these numbers have stopped working since the last s/w update to 15.2.1 If I edit the number to just the std code & number, the call goes through. Is there a workaround as I have a number of international numbers stored

I’ve changed the setting from English and UK to another country and then changed it back to English UK...so far so good
