Problem with table of contents that has multi-line entries

I have a table of contents for figures in my thesis. Some of the figure titles are long and wrap more than one line in the ToC. I do not want the figure title to spill into the page number column, so I set the right indent appropriately. Unfortunately, this also seems to affect the page number. The leader continues all the way until the specified stop, but if this goes past the where the titles are indented to, the page number automatically gets put on the next line.

It kind of seems like a bug in Pages. The leader is not treated the same as the figure titles as it is able to ignore the right indent. However, the page number must be treated the same as the figure title as it cannot pass the indent. It seems like the both the leader and page numbers should be able to ignore the indent.
