Apple Watch cellular support

I recently bought a Apple Watch cellular in US off amazon.

Now I have shifted to Singapore and the data plan is not working - it says it’s not compatable with SINGAPORE data carriers.

Is there a way I can replace the watch or is there a different procedure to make the data plan work

The USA models of Apple Watch use different cellular frequency bands and are not compatible with Rest of World. The two regions use different hardware and there is no way to modify or upgrade your watch. Your only options would be to return the US model for refund (probably difficult or impossible if you have now left USA), or simply use the watch in non cellular mode paired to your iPhone.
