Yes, it is off. But still it ask to send a code. But there is no access to this phone number. My friend is using this number. It’s a Belarusian number, the apple store even doesn’t have this country on the list
Is your friend getting the code and can they relay the code?
No, because I cannot chose her area code on the list, it’s isn’t there. There is no such country on the list
