How do I remove a phone number from one Apple ID to another?
If I have my own apple ID. How do I remove a phone number from one apple ID to another.

You log into the ID where the number exists now and remove the number from that ID. You may need to sign out of Messages/FaceTime on all devices/computers using that ID in order to remove the number. Then allow 24 hours for the change to sync. Then log into the ID where you want the number and add the number.
