Disabled iPhone X

Hello, I have an iPhone X which has gotten disabled for a lot of wrong passcode attempts,

the "connect to iTunes" message is shown. I know the passcode and I know all of the iCloud coordinates but its a new iPhone and the iTunes doesn't recognize it. I want to know a solution of how to get it to connect to iTunes or I can get the passcode screen back, or is there anything I can do to enable it with having to restore it.

Thank you.

The only way to get a phone back that is disabled is to restore it. See the instructions here, If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
