Unable to log in to iCloud

Hello, I have been unable to log in to iCloud for the past two days.

When I open the page to log in via the internet, it takes very long and I subsequently see this message on screen: "Connection Error. iCloud encountered an error while trying to connect to the server".

As a result, my Photos on Mac book Pro desktop is no longer uploading images from my iphone 8.

In my Mac book Pro, the iCloud icon in Systems is also unresponsive.


In the iphone 8, under Systems/Apple ID/ iCloud the bar has been frozen at "loading" for two days, Manage Storage is frozen, and so is the Photos tab (which is selected to On) in Systems/Apple ID/ iCloud.


I have tried to access iCloud from my Macbook Air and from a windows computer, but the login page does not load.


Would you be able to assist me here please?
