Delete free purchase 3 day free trial then app will take subscription.

I downloaded outlaw VPN app after a scaring message came up on my screen saying my cell had been hacked. I must download app immediately and it would destroy virus. After downloading what I thought was a free app I saw it was not a free app, only as a trial for 3 days.

I have deleted app off my Iphone 6s but it is still showing in my Apps iTunes purchase history. I am battling to cancel the purchase in purchase history. Can anyone help? I don’t have a subscription section to look at either. I would appreciate any help.

You need to contact Apple App Store support and request a refund since you were socially engineered into purchasing the app.

I just posted this on another thread:

You know it is a scam because it is trying to scare you into reacting.

You know it is a scam because nothing on the internet can even see your Mac, much less scan inside of it over the internet.

You know it is a scam because you thought, "hmm, I wonder if this is a scam."

Adding to your situation,

You know it is a scam because it says you picked up a virus while surfing--not possible.

You know it is a scam because it thinks your Facebook account is "sensitive data."

You know it is a scam because the website address has "safety" in its name, but it isn't using any form of a secure connection.

You got scammed. There are no viruses for the iPhone.

Thanks for your advise. I am so careful normally I know iPhone can’t be hacked but I panicked. Although I did go into my App Store independently. How come this Outlaw App is available in Apple store? I can also google it and get details about the App.

I have managed to delete from iPhone and iPad and I can’t see it on iCloud to delete . Nothing comes up on subscription yet.

I am very worried they will get all my details from my phone. Can they do this? Is there anything else I can do.
