Unable to access JKO website

I'm having trouble accessing military websites from my MacBook. For example, I can get onto the website initially (https://jkodirect.jten.mil/Atlas2/page/login/Login.jsf) and I can click "login using CAC" but after I choose my certificate, it stops working. The page says "Safari Can't Open page....The error is: "webkit encountered an internal error (WebKitErrorDomain:300)." I'm not sure what I need to do because I used to be able to access this website along with another one. Any ideas??

Try setting up another admin user account in System Preferences/Users & Groups to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.

Safe Mode - About

If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor.  Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown. If the log won’t post, try posting it in Pastebin and provide a link in a reply. After pasting the report in a PasteBin page, go to the top of the page, and copy the address in the URL bar. Paste that in a new reply.        Pastebin

I'm posting here because it doesn't work on my MacBook, specifically. I just tried that link for websites I know for a fact work and that I can login using my MacBook and it still tells me the website is down when it's not.

Understood.

What was the result in testing— using an alternative browser —as suggested above?

I tried accessing the website under another user and the website wouldn't load this time. When I login under my normal username, I can at least get to the website and choose a certificate from my smart card. I also tried to access the site and Safe Mode but it didn't work either. I got to the same point where it allowed me to choose a certificate but then stopped working after that.

Are you running any anti-virus programs? It may not help, but try running/posting the Etrecheck report in your normal account. If the log won’t post, try posting it in Pastebin and provide a link in a reply. After pasting the report in a PasteBin page, go to the top of the page, and copy the address in the URL bar. Paste that in a new reply.        Pastebin
