MS Office 365: Outlook is Not Opening

How do I fix this:

MS Office 365 Upgrade Pauses my Mac

When opening MS Office 365, Outlook is taking so long that I have to Force Quit it. Safe Mode does nothing. Resetting the SMC and NVRAM does nothing.

Having expired, I just upgraded my MS Office 365. Is there and update that I am needing to download?

Apple Mail application takes a long time to open Ever since migrating to the 14" MacBook Pro with M1 Max, Apple Mail app has taken around a full minute to launch, even on consecutive launches. I've tried reindexing the mail database, but this makes no difference. I can see some posts here in this forum about the topic, but those have gone unanswered. Anyone have ideas how to resolve this? The exact same mailboxes on the previous Intel machine with a quarter of the CPU started in seconds.

Office 2019 is now on here --- no more 365 --- with quite a few unsuccessful installations, I received an upgrade from MS. Why the non-responding app -- that could not be determined.
