HomePod AirPlay 2 + Apple Music MacOS

Hello, I have the current MacOS And a new HomePod AirPlay 2 with 12.4

I Am experimenting with SIRI and HomePod. Problem getting MacOS iTunes Apple Music

subscription service to play music and keep the HomePod as default audio output source,

always goes back to input audio on iMac when stop or pause the Apple Music.

Is it possible to set MacOS iTunes to use HomePod as default audio for the music ?

is there a SIRI Command for HomePod to play audio from MacOS to HomePod ?

do SIRI using home pod and MacOS answer or work differently than if computer is off as Siri still works with computer off but does not continue from where MacOS left off playing ?

iTunes will default to system output each time it starts. You can set your Mac to use HomePod but if you use Siri to command the HomePod that will kick off the Mac.

Siri on HomePod will always pull from your iCloud Music Library not from your local iTunes library.

Siri's capabilities differ by device, but it ought to be able to locate the same content within your iCloud Music library regardless.
