iMessage Voice Notes

When I’m listening to a voice message on iMessage, is there any way to fast forward through the message? The phone screen locks and I have to keep starting the messages from the beginning instead of where I left off.

Fast forward and rewind through audio messages? (IOS14) Is there a way to Fast forward and rewind through audio messages? You have to start over when ever the screen locks or you accidentally minimise the imessage app. The more I work with Apple audio messages the more they appear to be extremely inferior to other messaging platforms.

i just posted that as an example...sometimes she sends ones that are like 5 min 🙄 not helpful at all man
