can't access my Apple ID

can't access my Apple ID

verification Code in my email is not working

i always get this message "  This email address is not available. Choose a different address. "


dont know what to do

Apple Support by e-mail or chat    Work through the screens to get a chat option.  You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.  


Apple Support using Twitter


Or fill out and submit this form.          The form is for iTunes, but it will get passed to the ID Support section.

Can you clarify a bit about what's happening? Are you trying to enter a verification code during the creation of an Apple ID, or something else?

I went through many pages, they r not helping.

YES i have a problem with 2 ID accounts with same emails switched (primary is rescue in another and vice versa). that happened 12 year ago (early apple ID). was working OK for some time...

Now I'm stuck and can't access any of them, even can't delete one of them coz i have to login to delete . . .

cant connect to Apple support to solve that issue
