So I'm trying to get me and my dad's Walkie talkie on Apple Watch series 4 connected, but when I try to invite my dad from my contacts, it says he doesn't have an apple watch. Even though he does and it is right there next to mine. Same thing happens when I use his apple watch and try to connect it to mine.
It says this message:
"Contact" is not available for Walkie Talkie. You can only chat with people who also have Apple Watch

Restart all devices
Make sure FaceTime is available on all devices (test it)
