Selfie camera does not work

suddenly my selfie camera doesn’t work, when i use it, it shows a black screen. On Snapchat it wont even Flip the camera to the selfie camera, and when i FaceTime someone on whatsapp, the call fails. Does anyone know what i can do to fix this?
