Screen Time Won’t Block Facetime

Trying to use screen time to control face time - but no matter what I do child can open phone app and click on FaceTime on forbidden contact? Even if no time left on screen time! Advice?

Screen time FaceTime My teen daughter is getting around the allowed amount of screen time by using the FaceTime button through messages so it is not accounting for the correct amount of screen time. Is there a way to fix this so she can not stay on FaceTime all day and avoid screen time hours. She is on it for hours and when looking at FaceTime it will say very little amount of time like under 5 minutes. I want to allow her some time but not if she can work around to avoid the allowed time

FaceTime Missing “turn off restrictions” So just got my new phone, and I noticed I don’t have the FaceTime app. Went to the Apple store and it said “open”. I clicked it, and it said that certain features and apps etc are restricted via. So I went into the screentime settings and it said that FaceTime was listed as “always allowed”. Checked everything else and nothing was blocking or restricting the use of FaceTime. Please help me get FaceTime back.
