iPad not turning on

I've tried resetting my iPad by holding down the power button and home button for approx. 30-45s and nothing appears on my screen. My iPad screen remains black. It was working fine the past couple of days. Does anyone know what I can do?

You've tried charging it for 15+ minutes, and tried a different charger and cable if you have them ?
