Login Issues

When I try to log in to my account it asks for a security question. I cannot remember the answers so I cannot access my account to update it. After a week of discussing with Apple Support I'm still stuck. Whenever I want to change the security question it asks for a previous answer to a question...…… In other words, STUCK.

cant log in to my Apple ID account I cant log in to my Apple ID account. each time after I try to log in (with the correct password) it gives me security questions witch I do not remember the answers to, and when I try to reset them it gives me this message "Cannot Reset Security Questions We do not have sufficient information to reset your security questions". what can i do? this is an account i didnt use for years and i dont know any answer to the Security Questions just the password.

Cannot Reset Security Questions We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions. I'm one of hundred of people who can't access their account even after resetting my password because of an issue with my security questions. I am 100% sure my security question answers are correct and even if I try to reset my security questions I get the response "Cannot Reset Security Questions. We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions." When I try to seek support the system puts me in to the same process that is the cause of the problem. I just can't understand why apple's login process is the worst user experience of anything I use online.

What are the actual steps / replies you're getting?
