My Apple ID keeps getting hacked.

For the past month, someone has been logging into my iCloud from across the country and constantly resetting my password. It first happened twice within two days, so I changed the password twice. Then it happened a third time, and so I made new security questions and made a new password. I had an attempted reset but then Apple denied it. So I thought I was finally free, then they managed to get in again. For the fourth time, I redid all of that again and then added the two factor authentication. I thought I was finally done with it, until I got the notification that my two factor authentication was turned OFF and they had reset the password again.

Obviously they have my email/ Apple ID memorized, but besides the two factor, is there anything I can do to stop them from hacking me again?

If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.
