Email from AppStore

I recived an email from app store with an invoice of a purchase i never did. That email contains a word document with the invoice of a payment i supposedly did. Is this a mistake? How can i solve this problem?

PS: The app where the payment came from was "Mobile Legends Bang Bang" wich i never even instaled on my iphone.

That is a scam. Apple doesn't send emails with Word documents relating to a purchase. Also note that if the only indication of the charges is from an email or text, be aware that it may be a phishing attempt to get you to log in to a site that appears to be Apple and divulge your password or credit card information.
