DISPUTING PAYMENTS LED TO MY ID BEING PERMANENTLY DISABLED
Hi everyone for about a month I have been locked out of my iTunes and App Store. I’ve tried calling Apple twice and both times I end up hanging up ****** off and I even emailed the big guy two times to no avail. I was told by one of the reps that the reason I was disabled was because I disputed three on authorized iTunes charges since I’ve had Apple which is now 10 years. She told me I had to start a whole new ID She said I should’ve disputed with Apple directly and not my bank This sounds so wrong and completely bogus. I’m still locked out. I have 64 updates pending. Has anyone else been locked out bc of disputing charges? And is it hard to get back in your phone?
