Actually I have ordered apple watch from Flipkart India, however I have received a empty box. It was stolen before delivery in transit.
I have original box, is it possible to trace the watch as it was apple watch 4 cellular one where it is? If you can tell me the way

No, it is not possible to trace it as it was never set up to be found by using any Apple tools.
