Why can’t I use camera flash when my iPhone’s battery is low??

Hi. So, when my iPhone comes to 20% battery percentage or lower, I’m not able to use the camera flash, and appears the below message.... Does someone knows why this happens???

iPhone 7

Because the both the camera and the flash use a lot of energy, and your battery cannot supply it when the battery capacity is that low. You should not routinely let the battery get that low, as any sudden major drain will cause your phone to shut down.
