A1312 | How to install and which exactly OS, if it was locked for university use ?

So, the question is described. I bought few of them from auction in CA. Previously they were at California Art Institute - whom don't care about what they are selling to people !!! Without anything - just locked !!!

Looks like a temperary thing. Should be able to install some macOS. You might want to see if you can install from a flash drive.

No need to panic. Let's wait for someone with more knowledge than me to come along.

This is the best, which this institute could teach me (ca art institute - ..... why not to quit from their app.id ? why not to wipe partition ?? - Because of they don't care as we can see it .... Just sold some old garbage without any thoughts..... It is a pity - how they can teach smb and what they'll tell them about security, if they are doing so ???
