iTunes store doesn't recognize my iTunes library

For the last three days, I've received an error messages in iTunes. It's headed "iCloud Music Library," and reads: "Genius results can't be updated because the iTunes store doesn't recognize your iTunes library." The fix from support is to go to iTunes>File>Library>Turn off Genius. When I try to do that, though, I'm only presented with the option to "Update Genius," and following that only results in the same error message reappearing. Suggestions?

RESOLVED - I went to iTunes>Preferences, turned off the iTunes Cloud Music Library, and then turned it back on. The system seems happy now.
