Why does Apple force me to listen to music?

Seriously though, I have a news app that allows me to listen to the audio of cable news. I'm using Bluetooth in my car. Almost randomly music will start playing from my Music library. My news app is the ONLY app running, iTunes is OFF/not running. But frequently I start getting music from the non-running iTunes app.

I have an iPhone 8 with the newest iOS.

How can I prevent this from happening (without deleting all of my music)?

Get the spec of Car Audio, you may get a solution there. Read on

I have two cars one with Sony DSX A410BT and the second one with Sony MEX BT3153U

My iPhone 6 iOS 12.2 when connects to this audio system

As soon as the ignition is put ON in the car with the audio system, Sony DSX A410BT connects automatically to Bluetooth and then automatically opens iTunes and automatically starts to play from where it last left off.

All Automatic: Bluetooth connection, Opening iTunes, Song selection, Play

But, But - Same iPhone

As soon as the ignition is put ON in the car with the audio system, Sony MEX BT3153U does nothing automatically

Manual Connection: Connect Manually to Bluetooth, Manually Open iTunes, Manually Select Songs, Manually Play
