Lightroom App & Presets from iCloud

Good afternoon,

I recently installed the free Adobe Lightroom app on my phone so I could download compatible presets from 123Presents. I have followed the instructions for installing them, but have not had any success. It says to download each preset as a file and I did, but when I open it up in Lightroom they're not there.

I'm not sure if it has something to do with iCloud since they're saved in there? I've tried saving them not in iCloud too, but that has not worked either? I'm trying to avoid taking it to the Apple Store if it's not necessary.

try to force reboot your phone to see what happens.

A forced reboot is different than just turning it off and back on

iPhone 8 or later: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, and iPod touch (7th generation): Press and hold both the Side (or Top) button and the Volume Down button for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
iPad with Home button, iPhone 6s or earlier, and iPod touch (6th generation) or earlier: Press and hold both the Side (or Top) button and the Home button for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

This is not really an Apple issue. It is either a 123presets issue or a Lightroom issue.

As for getting it to iCloud, go to settings>Apple ID (your name at the top)>iCloud>find the app and make sure it is turned on for iCloud.

I did not see it, but it still does not answer my question on how to download or install the presets to the app...

I followed these instructions, but had no luck.

one of the first things I did was turn my phone off & then back on. I’ve also detected the app and re-installed it & neither of these worked either.

I may may just have to take it to the store. I just felt silly doing so if it was something I could figure out this way.
