how to delete IOPlatformPluginFamily.kext from trash bin ?

I just remove IOPlatformPluginFamily.kext form the extensions file, I tried to move IOPlatformPluginFamily.kext back to the extensions file but after this step there is still a IOPlatformPluginFamily.kext in trash bin and can't delete it, so dose anyone can help me?
