I cannot find any function to remove the flash drive safely from iPad Pro after use. Do I need to care it at all or just unplug the drive from USB-C connector? Thanks!

What flash drive are you referring to? If you are using iPadOS 13, we can't help you and that's the only way I can imagine you may be using a flash drive currently. Any questions or discussion about beta software is prohibited on this forum.
You are catching up the latest changes in iPadOS and understand what I am asking. I am using iPadOS Public beta 4 for my iPad Pro. I did a lots of feedback about the bugs in the OS to Apple via the feedback App but do not know any channel to get the guidance about the new features in the new iPadOS. Probably I have to wait until the iPadOS is published officially and come back here again. Sorry for any inconvenience caused!
Yep, you can't come here and ask anything about Beta software. Once iPadOS 13 is released, then yes of course you can ask anything you want. In the meantime all can use is the feedback app you were provided.
