Built in CRM Software

Good morning Apple Community,


Would anyone know if there is a built in CRM system on the MAC. ? if so, how would I access it and if not, why ? lol

For Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Apple includes only the free "Contacts" database, but it has no capability other than names and contact information, and possibly some random, non-sortable notes. It can produce mailing lists.


For Industrial-Strength CRM, you would need to purchase a third-party package to install. There are several respected systems available for the Mac..
