itunes is tied to an old email

My login ot itunes is tied to an old email, how do I change it and the password? I can get into the itunes a/c but can't see where to change this

iTunes Whenever I try to update a app it tells me to put in my iTunes log in, and it always comes up with a extremely old email I had on my first phone that I could not possibly remember the password, I’ve looked up everywhere how to change my iTunes log in but nothing works, I’ve made a whole new iCloud but it still asks for the password of that old iTunes account there’s important things I need to update if anyone can please help.

Change of id password My email (ID)was comprimised and cancelled, I changed the id on itunes to a new one but old one keeps coming up when i try to login,
