Updates Will Not Update in App Store (screenshot included)

Below is a screenshot of a problem I cannot seem to resolve. I don't have my settings set to, "automatic update" but when I clicked on 'update all' manually, this happened. Its been like that for over a week now. Every time I open up the update section of the App Store, these 5 apps doing nothing but a spinning little circle like its trying to prepare to start the updates. I'd love to cancel or clear out updating these. But I don't see how I can cancel them. I forced stopped the App Store a couple times, signed out/in, etc. and still I cannot get this to clear. Ironically, though, I can still download other items from the App Store with no problems at all.

Thanks!

Go to the App Store page for each of these apps and try to download the app.

I wouldn't use Update All again.
