Blurry Macbook 2015 Camera after Apple Store Repair

I went in to the Apple Store to get the keyboard replacement offer that applied to my late 2015 12" MacBook, and they botched the replacement horribly. Battery could no longer be detected and the microphone and speaker stopped working when I first picked it up. They conceded that they probably did _something_ to mess it up, and offered to replace the battery, bottom case and other components on attempt #2. I picked up the machine after the second service, and all seemed to work well...until I tried to video chat on FaceTime and Zoom and Google Chat. Across all platforms, the video camera image is pixellated and blurry. The first tech I spoke to thought it could be the screen delamination problem, as you can see some of the smudges around the camera, but I've had those smudges for months, and have had zero problems with video resolution over hundreds of chats up until I gave the Apple Store my computer to "fix." I work remotely with other emote team members, and Zoom is an important part of our daily interactions. Any other suggestions?
