mini display port to thunderbolt 3 adapter

Does anyone know where I can find one, or if it is possible to connect the two? I have a 2019 Macbook Pro and an great 2010 LED Cinema display that I want to connect.

You need a USB-C to Mini DisplayPort adapter, such as:

You also need an adapter for the displays USB plug.

Malcolm, I just received the adapter, and it works perfectly! I really appreciate your help. When I looked at the part decription, it deos not say that it will interface with a 2019 MacBook Pro, but it does. I couldn't have found it without you! Thanks again!
