We have our podcast on iTunes through our website. To subscribe, you have to copy the url and look it up under "subscribe to podcast..." in the iTunes app. The podcast is not searchable through the iTunes store by just searching for it. Is there a way to fix this?
Did you ever actually submit the podcast to Podcasts Connect to get it accepted into the Store? Just subscribing manually doesn't do this, it simply connects your iTunes app to your feed. the process is detailed here:

Is this a new podcast? It can take some days for the Search to work. And if your podcast's name is similar to others you may appear a long way down the search results as you are in competition with a huge number of other podcasts. There isn't really anything you can do to affect the Search results as long as your feed is valid, which it presumably is.

Searching on the title - Полбудаст - worked perfectly well. That's all I can tell you.
In fact checking in Podcasts Connect it says 'Prepared for submission', meaning it's technically OK: if it had been submitted it would have refused to validate it (unless it had been submitted and then removed for breach of the content rules).
As you say the search produces nothing. I can't proceed without knowing the Store page URL: the link you posted is to the feed.
I have this problem too. Our podcast name is in сyrillic - Полбудаст. Url from approve email - https://podcasts.apple.com/by/podcast/%D0%BF%D0%BE%D0%BB%D0%B1%D1%83%D0%B4%D0%B0%D1%81%D1%82/id1474070024
It is not a new podcast, it’s been up for several years. When I do a search absolutely nothing comes up. I can only find it with the url.
What is the title of your podcast, and its Store page URL? I'll have a look, though I doubt if I can add anything.
upd: I found podcast in USA store, but not in my county store (BY)
The title of the podcast is "The Church at North Pole" and the URL is http://www.thechurchatnorthpole.com/sermonpodcast.php?siteid=4393
Maybe that's my issue then. The only URL I have is the one I shared. It has allowed me to subscribe through iTunes as well as the podcast app on my phone. I don't know of the store page URL.
Our podcast is live but not searchable.
