InfiniteHD since installing Mohave

Well it seems this was never fixed in an Update because here we are a year and a half since the last batch of complaints (nearly 300 of them reporting "same problem") Apple Techs blithely quip "uninstall it if it bothers you". OK where is "it" and HOW do I uninstall InfiniteHD if it is not needed?

InfiniteHD is a 3rd party app so check with the developer on how to

completely remove it.

I never saw InfiniteHD before I installed Mohave yesterday. Who is "the developer" of InfiniteHD, then?
