i just update my MacOS to Monterey, there is few 32bit App does not work, and appearing i cannot deleted them with deleting App or click on the x on the icon. how do I uninstall them to free up space?

AppCleaner works and is free.
Can't you just drag the app from the Application folder in the Trash and empty it?
Also after dragging the app to Trash, use Spotlight search to search for remnants using part of the app's name.
If all the above suggestions fail try the app "AppCleaner" to remove.
