iPhone 7 Plus Microphone not working

Hi, does anybody have a fix for this or have encountered this problem. I cannot make phone calls because the other person cannot here me and I cannot here them, Siri cannot here me, when I record video or use the voice memos there is no sound recorded. I have tried everything, software is updated to 12.4, bluetooth is turned off and I have factory reset my phone I’ve tried the lot. Does anybody know how to fix it? I have attached a photo which shows when I’m ringing someone or when I answer a call, the speaker doesn’t let me press it as an option it’s like blanked out? Cheers
