Mail attachements not downloading

Hi Guys,

I just purchased a MacBook Air. After setting up mail my mail accounts and downloading emails I found that some attachments just hang in downloading status. I picked up the trail in in the community discussion, but I do not pick up a confirmed resolve? I tried to rebuild the mail account/open and quit Mail reloaded Acrobat checked security setting but still some mails asre popping through with this issue.

Any ideas people?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. It sounds like some emails are unable to load attachments. I'll be happy to help.

Here are some suggestions:

Check the account's web mail through Safari to see if the attachment loads there without issue. If it doesn't, check the settings for downloading attachments. You might have to reach out to your Email provider for this.
