apple watch battery discharging generation 4

i always seem to find my battery discharges just before a IOS update...however...since the 5.3 update my watch has discharged twice in 3 days! Both times overnight. Anyone else having issues? I haven’t added anything other than ECG ability...but haven’t used it. I charge my watch twice a day to maintain it since I have had it. Today I haven’t done my full activity and in 2 hours of ‘laziness’ it lost 30% battery power! No notifications during this time! Thanks

Check to see if you have any Navigation apps open. Next, reset your watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both. If that doesn't correct your battery drain, make an appointment with an Apple store Genius Bar. Your watch is still under warranty....https://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/
