Touchbar not working after Mojave 10.14.6 update
If I enter my laptop as a guest user, no issue, the Touch Bar is there, so isn't a hardware problem.
Reset SMC o PVRAM do not solve the issue.
There is no Touch Bar Agent process to kill, also, so terminal sudo kill that process not working either.

I finally was able to solve it.
I restart my Mac on SAFE MODE.
Just hold the left shift-key while restarting until the login screen appears. If you have file vault on then release it before enter your password.

Hi,
You just need to restart you Mac in safe mode, once.
When the system is fully loaded and working restart or turn off the machine as usual (not in safe mode).
The next reboot the Touch Bar would be working.

I don't want to have my Mac running in SAFE MODE! Why would I? Then something else won't work because it's in safe mode. I had the lock function on my touchbar, so I could lock my Mac easily. Why is it now missing after upgrade to 10.14.6???
I also have this same issue after the latest Mojave update! My finger print sensor works. However, other functions do not. I have tried restarting in safe mode and then restarting again. No attempt have worked. Help please! Next step in taking in to Apple store.
I am facing the same issue after upgrade. My Touch Bar is not showing anything (LCD is not working maybe, it is responsive but can't see anything). I called support, they did everything (even wiped out everything and reinstalled the software) still I don't have Touch Bar. Sad Experience.
