When using an Amazon Echo, Alexa seems to not recognize many of my Apple Music Playlists (it seems random as to which ones it does recognize) or cannot play songs sorted by Genres.
Is anyone having these issues? Any solutions?

Have you tried going to the Alexa troubleshooting board?
I am in the Midwest.
I already have Alexa set up and connected to Apple Music and it is working for general music playback. I have a very specific issue in that certain playlists are not 'recognized' by Alexa (when using any Amazon device - Echo or app) and certain playlists are.
The generic help page you point me to does not address my issue. Did I miss something in your reply?

There isn't one. It sounds to me like Alexa needs an update.
