If i delete a device that has my icloud on it do i lose the photos from that device & notes??? I want to save the photos from my device im going to delete.

If the photos are important to you, you should always save them on computer like any other digital camera.

I don’t have a computer & this certain device was my fiancés but he passed away & i no longer want my icloud on his phone due to it being gone, but i do not want to lose the photos the icloud retreives from his phone, any way i can keep those photos when i delete this device from my icloud?
If you share your iCloud account with this device then deleting that device will not empty your iCloud account.
Still having a backup and saving photos to a computer are very important in this digital world.
