Additional prescence 'in Find my iPhone' App

I recently consulted this App to try to find my iPad. I could see the location of all my apple devices and those of my husband's. There was an additional device visible called Colby Ballams iPhone. I know no such person. We checked my husband's phone and he has the same thing. His iPhone is brand new (it is an 8 like mine). I tried to remove it from my phone but a message came up saying this Colby Ballams phone is associated with my husband's apple id. Any ideas what which could be about? Should I contact Apple or EE? My husband does not have a second phone!
