suddently I received a sms laiming a transaction.

Your hotline has no one answered.


I have never purchased any itunes items today however suddently I received a sms on the street claiming this transaction.

Please reply and check it for me immediately. Thank you.

It's not our 'hotline', we are fellow users and these are user forums, and we have no access to your case.


If you've looked at the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts you have linked to the card and not found it (and checked iCloud storage) : See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

and if it's not : About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

contact the card issuer
