bootcamp bluetooth keyboard paired but not connected

I installed Windows 10 through bootcamp, and I'm having issues with my bluetooth keyboard.

So there was this issue with connecting my bluetooth keyboard to windows, but somehow I managed to connect it once after restarting the mac several times.

But now that I restarted my mac again (to windows), my keyboard does not seem to connect again. In bluetooth option, it shows as paired, but the keyboard itself is not actually connected.

I'm using macbook pro touchbar 2017, and my keyboard is logitech k380.

In Windows Device Manager right-click on the BT adapter and look at Properties -> Advanced and Properties -> Driver tabs. The same works for the Wireless adapter. Here is an example.

I used the latest version of windows support from bootcamp
