Why is my Safari not working; but, my Firefox is?
I was able to contact Apple on the phone; and was on the phone for almost 2 hours. It appeared that I had some malwares that I accidentally uploaded. It is finally fixed. She had to go into safe mode, which I didn't understand from reading your instructions.
Thank you very much for your help.

Device or computer?
Have you restarted the computer? Tried logging out of your user account and back in?
Try setting up another admin user account in System Preferences/Users & Groups to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.
Isolating an issue by using another user account
If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor. Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown. If the log won’t post, try posting it in Pastebin and provide a link in a reply. After pasting the report in a PasteBin page, go to the top of the page, and copy the address in the URL bar. Paste that in a new reply. Pastebin
Etrecheck – System Information
I've tried your suggestions. This is a 2013 MacBook Pro 10.14.5. When I tried to update to 10.14.6, it says,"It didn't get a response from the Apple Software Update server." I even had AT&T Internet out here last week. Sometimes when I do a restart, it might load the first website. Then, thereafter, it won't load anything else.
However, I go over to Firefox, and everything uploads. I have an Apple Store downtown. Since this is a 2013 laptop, I wasn't sure if I would be charge for Apple to check it.
Thank you for your suggestion.
I don't understand some of your suggestions.

You are welcome. What did you not understand? Did the same thing happen in another admin user account and the Safe Mode?
Are you using any anti-virus programs?
It may not help, but try running/posting the Etrecheck report in your normal account. If the log won’t post, try posting it in Pastebin and provide a link in a reply.
