I don't remember my iCloud security code
my phone is asking for update apple ID settings. when I do it, it keeps asking me for my iCloud security code and I don't remember what it is.

Keychain Security code?
On your device, go to Settings → Your Name → iCloud → Keychain and switch Keychain off then on again.
Tap "Approve with Security Code", tap "Forgot Code" and then tap "Reset".
Follow the instructions to reset iCloud keychain and create a new passcode.
